[amayausers] Help - I'm stuck

My arms that hold the hoop are stuck in an off center postion.  I tried
getting the hoop to center and it wont.  I also tried shutting down the
machine and starting up again.  No luck.  Then I deleted the last job in the
queue from the amaya os and still nothing.  I am stuck off center.

When I tell it to center from the keypad.... It moves right to the off
center postion.  When I move right, it wont let me center the hoop.  It goes
only so far and stops.  I was getting all set to run some practice sewouts
and I'm stuck.  This issue came up right afte the rotary hook oiling notice
came up, I ran it and cleared the notice.

HELP.  :)
