The actual CoolMax line is sold by Stormtech - www.stormtechusa.com.  There 
are several other UV protection shirts available.  In addition to Stormtech 
I buy a lot from Page & Tuttle www.premiumwear.com, which is a green grass 
line in addition to special market.  Also, I know this forum loves SanMar, 
and they carry some of Nike's UV shirts as well.
