Here's a thought.
If your Grabber Assembly is bent forward, then the back of the presserfoot will
tap against the leading edge of the Grabber Trap and this can possibly make the
sound only on one end of the needle case and even on only one needle if only
one side of the Grabber Trap is bent forward.
This is just one thing to check.
