Well, after having the new XT machine for a month I am now ready to start 
learning the hat part.  I have watched the video and read the book but I can't 
get it to work.  When I put the driver on it says to push it into the t-spot 
all the way back but when I do then it won't rotate.  It says that my Y axis 
won't work.  Then if I loosen the hand screws so it can move a little bit it 
pushes the cap off the frame. 

What am I doing wrong???  Also, my driver does not look like the one on the 
video.  It has a thumb screw on each side of the driver and mine are both on 
one side.
