Are the columns narrow in both the X-Axis (Left to right) and Y-Axis(front to
back) or is it just happening in one Axis?
Try installing a hoop into the hoop arms and see if there is any place in the
hoop when you move it left to right and front to back.
It may be the hoop arm stops needing to be adjusted.
If that feels ok your Y belts or X cable tension may need to be adjusted.
