I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. Could it be that the floating
Properties window needs to be moved higher on the screen?

I have lost the "apply" tab on my Design Shop.  Can anyone tell me what
I am missing to bold the tab so I can apply changes to the Design Shop??
I know I am missing something, but can't figure out what.  I have Design
Shop Pro 2004!!!  I am against a timeframe here and need to figure out
