You could embroider the Grandma's Special Gifts phrase and find a simple 
present with bow design and embroider names under or in the present box. You 
might be able to make a box outline if your embroidery software has that 
function and then find a stock design with a bow you can cut and paste. Just 
a thought....don't know if it will work.
