[amayausers] Re: Got the 2005 Update

I bought the 2005 DS upgrade and installed, tried to load design to OS and
it would not take, called Melco and they said to but upgrade to OS. I blew
my top, called sales rep and they took care of everything.  Today the
upgrade to OS arrived at no additional charge and all is well.  Too bad have
to get upset but it's the squeaky wheel syndrome over again.  Just my 2
cents worth

Hmm.  Let me note, after I opened the package, I only got the serial to
upgrade the OS, but no serial for the Design Shop even though they were
bought at the same time.  I've sent email for clarification on whether I
need to purchase an upgrade on DS or if someone just forgot to send the
sticker with the access code on it.

Good luck.  So when did you buy your Amaya and Design Shop?  We bought ours
