I purchased my machine a few months ago and have had nothing but problems with 
it.  I've had continuing thread breaks (real and false).  The engineers have 
been out to me several times - the last one was in my home 8 hours and couldn't 
fix it. It went back to the factory and was retuned as fixed but still it has 
the same problem.  What is strange though, is some days it works and some days 
it doesn't although I'm using the same material, same thread, same design etc., 
I am trying to start a business but cannot look for customers as I don't know 
when the machine will work. I've spoken to others who have had the same problem 
with it working one day, not the next etc., Has anyone found out what can be 
done to cure this problem? I'm getting desperate!!
