For way, way less than it would cost you to make it up, any commercial flag
company will sell you an appliqued&embroidered (stars) professional 'stage or
parade' flag for a couple hundred bucks...I've supplied them for local school
and band.
Double sided, gold tassle border, etc.
There is no way you are going to be able to do anything that big!
