Tina, When my Amaya and computer would not talk to each other (basically OS 
would not come up on computer) I called tech support in Denver and a tech 
walked me through the registry. He deleted a couple things and in no time it 
was back up and I was sewing again.  It's a proceedure you would never want to 
do on your own, however.  Debbie
