We don't use sticky paper at all, just the clips from "Homer Depot" as my
husband calls it.

Sharon,
We have a selection of "alligator clips" that I purchased at The
Home Cheepo for added stability in situations like this. Sometimes when
using fast frames, the fabric seems to be a little heavier than the
stickiness can hold. A couple of clips in areas that won't get in the way
of the machine and away we go.
Look in the section where they keep the hand tools, more
specifically the clamps area. To date, I've used clips, clamps, scotch
tape, packaging tape, pins, staples, underlay, etc... to hold the fabric in
place. I try to think outside the box. Who knows, I might stumble upon the
next great invention.

It is a very narrow wine bag and I was using the fast frames. I like the
idea of trying to use a regular small hoop and wrapping it so it doesn't
slip. I will have to give that a try.
Thanks for the tips!!

What problem are you having LiVawne? Are you using regular hoops? If so,
are you wrapping the hoops with tape or ribbon--something to keep the
organza from slipping? The other problem is not wanting stabilizer to show.
You can try using Solvy on both top and bottom. What hoop are you using? I
have used Organza but only as a stabilizer when doing afhgans and treated it
as a cutaway stabilizer.
