The cap is a KC 8830 Unstructured cotton cap. I'm using 1 sheet of cap backing.
The design is a stock design fish from dakota. I did a sample sew out and
everything was great.
This problem still happens sometimes on stuctured hats that I carry. And as I
mentioned before when I'm doing names the lettering is sometimes not straight.
This happens on my flexfit caps.
Could you tell me where I can find this video.
