the easiest and fastest way is to buy the premade american flag facing the
correct direction-and just sew that on a box shape stitch or a regular sewing
machine. They cost less than $1.50...every 'patch' supplier I have carries them
cheap.
No muss, no fuss...and the job is done in seconds with no problems.
