Hi. I just got done with a bunch of sashes. I'll throw in what I know, for what it's worth... I make my own so it may not be of much help to you. I used 2 ounce cutaway, standard feed, MT 4, speed 1,000, ballpoint needle. Sticky spray and pins to hold satin absolutely tight against backing in hoops.
