It may depend on the version of Paint Shop Pro. And I am not 100% up on the
latest versions of it. I also know JASC software who used to make it was
purchased by Corel. I used to use older versions for conversion of bitmapped
pictures etc. I am not really familiar with its Vector Capabilities but I
know in older versions it was limited. I have a feeling though, that as it
is now part of Corel the vector capabilities may not be full blown, if at
all so it does not compete with Corel Draw which sells for much more. I know
in earlier versions it would read certain formats in, but would not save
them out and was just for conversion to other formats, mainly bit mapped.
