The Dog Collar Hoop is listed in the most recent version of Amaya OS. However,
I don't believe it was in the earlier versions of Version 9 or prior.
Know that the Dog Collar hoop for the EMT machine and the Amaya machine are the
same hoop.
Melco's default clearance for most hoops is around 1/2". You can use your best
judgement when tracing your design.
