[amayausers] Re: E_mail may still not be working properly

I am also interested in the "wet laid", never heard of this.  I would also
like to know what your tech did to get your Amaya straightened out?  We have
only had the Amaya since August and are having a lot of problems with thread
shredding and breaks, especially on small lettering.  We are not even using
the smallest that the alphabet says it will go and still, breaks.  Sales is
saying to use fabric adjustment and then tech support is saying no, no, no.
I also assume a lot of this is due to lack of experience and know how.

It would be great is Melco would send a rep to new users for 2 or 3 days
with a new machine.  Like most of the other manufacturers do.

Just got the wild idea to check all past history posts after I didn't
get one reply to my question about a carhart jacket supplier. Found

in doing that research I found a reference from late 2001 about backing
'wet laid'. Can someone please explain what that is in reference to.
Read a lot about problems and I would like to thank all of you who
helped make the Amaya what it is today. After the regional tech got a
few problems ironed out early my machine runs real well, my hat is off
to ALL. The only big problem I have is with small lettering and probably
the biggest part of that problem is ME, I have been told I am to picky
for my own good but after all it's my name going out with the job.
