Nick helped with an order I was trying to place on line, and was having a
hard time locating an item I wanted.  Pretty much since then, I have gotten
the flyers on a weekly basis.  And as I said, have also received phone calls
from him to see if there is anything I need to order.

WEEKLY sales flyers? Wow... WE have never even recieved a YEARLY sales flyer

via email...and the last MAILED Melcomart catalog I think is dated 2006....

you must be someone SPECIAL! How'd you get that rating?

I have to say that I must have the absolute BEST sales rep.  Haven Fry is a
gem.  When I call her, I ALWAYS get a phone call back.Same with emails.  I
also hear from Nick Reinking at MelcoMart on a regular basis.  I have
received phone calls just to check up to see if I needed anything from Nick,
and receive the weekly sale flyer from him via email.

 

Additionally, Cynthia Tisby gave me great training..and Patty has been
wonderful as well over the years.  As for techs, Kevin was/is a great Tech
and since moving, have used another great tech, Greg Barber.

 

Whenever I go to Trade Shows, I look forward to seeing each and everyone of
them if they are there.

I just read several posting on AmayaUsers.com complaining about the lack of
communications from Melco Corparate.  When I purchased our machines in 2004
I suggested a monthly news letter with a "Tip of the Month."  You could
include a special buy of the month too.  The Group also mentioned a lack of
communication from the sales rep.  I can attest to that.  I HAVE NEVER BEEN
CALLED BY MY SALES REP.  Once she had the sale she disappeared with my money
and was never heard from again.
