[amayausers] Disabled Machine?

Hi,

Don't know what I did but while backing up to the last sewn stitch after
a thread break, the machine stopped, the light went out and the green
light on the keypad was blinking slowly.  Amaya OS indicated that the
machine was disabled.  I was able to finish the design on another
machine so I'm not in any dire need of help, just wondering what I may
have done and if it does happen again, how do I correct the situation.
I could not find any reference to this in the owner's manual or help
files.  Any ideas out there?
