Jennifer, did you get the "DesignShop' program as part of the package
deal? This is your own 'digitizing' program...takes a lot of learning
but it is also great for 'fine tuning' designs you buy from someone
else.
The 'freebie' designs you should have gotten also, is the Treasure
Chest collection-I think 5,000 predigitized ready to use or modify
designs.
They are Dakota designs, and if you got them, very shortly you'll be
getting phone call from someone at Dakota trying to talk you into
spending $2500 on 'buying' the entire 60,000 or whatever design
collection from them. Resist the urge...I don't know anyone that
bought it all yet.
GET TRAINING...immediately! There is a one week session that should
also be part of your package...doesn't cover food and lodging but
WELL worth getting it before you try running the machines if you have
no experience!
