[amayausers] Re: Design shop won't open art files to convert

Designshop has decided not to co operate today...last week I imported several 
logos from mac freehand (can't remember if they were jpg, tiff, or eps-but I 
usually export as all 3 and one works). Today, it won't open ANY other files 
except already digitized files! Even the files I did last week.
Shut down twice, restarted...
no matter what type of file I try to open so I can convert to stitches it comes 
up with an error in the file.
Yes, I have 'all' file types selected...
anyone have a clue?
I have a logo I need to get in fast...its now 7 months late!
Even if someone could take the logo-I converted it to straight lines, no color 
fills-and bring it into designshop and save so I can open it here...it is a 
computer image and I need to get it set up...customer is foaming at the mouth...
