Thought shutting it down would clean it out and this morning, no go. Once I typed in a word it was stuck-no more response to mouse or keys. Remembered Aaron had helped me out last july so I dug up the printout of his directions and it worked again! So maybe this will help a few others running into glitches. With Designshop and Amaya shut down-go to your 'start' window for the computer. START RUN (type in regedit) Once you are in Regedit, follow the window list: HKEY_CURRENT _USER SOFTWARE MELCO DESIGNSHOP Highlight Designshop folder, go to EDIT and delete. Then restart your computer, bring up Designshop and you should be good to go! Once I get finished with todays's work I'll have to start the defrag-probably time for it!
