 It is released and currently being shipped.

 Melco has not updated their WEB site yet or I would refer you to there.
Instead, I have uploaded some Adobe PDF files to my personal space on
Comcast. As all of you should have the Adobe Reader from the Design Shop CD
you should be able to read these files. The DSFeatures file is a marketing
file. The items maked "new" next to them are new features of were enhanced.
The other 2 files are the release notes which have new features listed along
with notes. The links are:

The upgrade if you are staying at the same level is $500.00  If you bought
new after April 1, 2003 the upgrade is free. If you upgraded from an older
version after July 1, 2003 the upgrade is free. For other upgrade pricing it
is best to talk to your sale rep. or call 800-366-3526. AmayaOS is free to
all who request it as long as there is not an upgrade involved. Please refer
to the AmayaOS file for an explanation of the new levels of AmayaOS.

Twice in my emails today I've come across the "new" Design Shop upgrade.
Are we notified of these upgrades, or do we have to take the initiative to
track them down. Is this new Design Shop available or just in beta testing?
If it's only in beta, how do you become a beta tester? If it's available,
what's the upgrade cost? Most importantly, what are the improvements (other
than what Jeff has already mentioned)?
