[amayausers] Design Shop Error

I think I'm running version 5.07 of the Design Shop Software.  Every once in a 
while I get an error.  Unable to initialize DAO/Jet db engine.  The only way I 
can get it resolved is to remove the software and reinstall.  This is getting 
to be a pain.  Any ideas before I call Melco and spend an hour on the phone?
