[amayausers] Design Knock Out - Is there an easy way

Ok, back at digitizing today - only a different design.

Combining a Dakota Hawk with a Digitized letter "U" that will sit underneath
the hawk.  There are places that the hawk overlaps the U and I would like to
knock those out of the letter.  Is there an easy way to do that or do I have
to go in and start editing points?
