[amayausers] Delete design from AMAYA, HELP

Hi, I was stitching out a design a while ago & the machine stopped with an 
error, don't remember exactly what it said.  I reset it & reloaded it but it 
would not work.  I tried to load another design & just clicked on one from 
my file, as it started to load a message came up & said it was removing jump 
stitches.  Then a message comes up to send an error report. Now I cant get 
the AMAYA to load anything, when I start OS it tries to reload the jump 
stitch design & then send an error report.
I have uninstalled & reinstalled OS. I even did a roll back on my XP to a 
week ago. No Change...
Does anyone know a way to erase the design from the machines memory?
