[amayausers] Daily Power up

Good morning,

Have a single head Amaya, purchased this past March.  When powering up in
the am the front head advances all the way to left and stops at needle #1
and just sets there and makes a grinding noise.

Was wondering if any one else has had this problem?

 Daily procedure that I use is (note that I turn off everything at the end
of the day)
    1.  turn on Pc
    2.  Select amaya OS
    3.  wait a few seconds
    4.  Turn on Amaya
