All needls are down on machine. Was sewing out a design on a shirt and the machine blinked and took off on its on. It continued to travel across the the hoop before I could get to the Emergency Stop button. I'm on hold with the tech support number as I type, it's been at least 5 minutes without an answer from a real live person.
