[amayausers] Re: DESIGN SHOP FEATURE REQUESTS

Yep - found the way to make keyboard shortcuts last night in Design Shop so
I intend on assigning a key to the function of Sending the design to the
computer.

On the design knock out feature - I was looking for something that took an
already digitized design (even if converted to wireframe) and knocked out
the items below it.  In order to use the feature in design shop, I would
have to convert the designs from digitized to vector and then back to
digitized again (which I tried) and a lot of the nice detail of the
downloaded design was lost.  So, I can see where this feature would be
useful as it appears in design shop, but it doesn't really do what I wanted
it to do :)

I'm not a computer geek but in trying to see if the manual showed a shortcut
toolbar box for sending design (load design) to the Amaya, I found a short
chapter on Accelerator Editor-allows you to create 'shortcut' key commands.
Maybe some of the things you want a shortcut for will be in this. Not too
detailed in the manual but seems to be a 'premade' list of commands you use
a lot.
My wife knows more of the shortcut toolbar items than I do-so maybe there IS
a 'send design to Amaya OS' button there and we don't know it!
I wonder sometimes who designs the icons for those buttons-none of them make
any sense to me...
