I cut out 2 pieces in a moon crescent shape that is slightly larger than the cap bill and sewed them together. Nothing fancy. Just slip the cover over the bill and the leather will take the wear from the machine. =========================================================== The AmayaUsers Mailing List Website: http://www.amayausers.com Discussion Board: http://www.amayausers.com/boards Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://www.amayausers.com/list ===========================================================
