Now if you have the speedframe clamp system, you can flip your lettering over 
so that the 'bottom' of each square is up at the top-less excess material to 
tuck in past the frame...mark your top clamp with masking tape and make your 
register marks there for the chalk line you made. This frame would work great 
if all the squares for each side edge were sewn together for you.
I have never done a quilt so I don't know what sequence they are sewn 
together...but that's what my brain is coming up with!
