You are aware that pantone doesn't exactly match RGB or CMYK right?  So if I
send you the values, they won't be exact matches to the values they sent.

Just want to make sure :)

I don't know if there is a RGB or CMYK to thread color converter out there.

Those are probably generated out of photoshop... Do you need someone to pull
the approximate pantone values for you?
