[amayausers] Chenille patches?

Hi all,
I am looking for someone who may carry a stock type of
Chenille patch, It would be in a stock shape of a winged shoe for track.
They want them for Letterman's jackets in white Chenille and a Royal blue 
Scrim /Felt Backing. Any Ideas? I'm needing around 15 to 25 total.
The one they showed me is around a 4 to 5 square, But I think they are flexible 
on the size.
