Hi Tony,
It sounds like the hoop isn't getting tight enough and your fabric might be
too slippery. Have you tried adhereing the garment to the backing with
adhesive spray before you hoop it? Another thing to try might be wrapping
thehoop with strips of scrap fabric like wool or something that has a little
"grip" to it. Don't know if you have HoopTech clamps but if you do they
might be worth a shot too, they tend to keep things tighter than a hoop.
