Paul,
It sounds like the garment is shifting. What kind of farbric and backing
are you working with? What size of lettering and underlay are you using?

I often use the Brody font to put a name under a design...
Seems so often that the font tends to angle down to the bottom right...
I
have used a ruler to check it out, and it is often off...
It is all good in the software (*Design Shop), lines up fine, but when
it
sews out Brody seems to angle down to the right...won't stay parallel
with
the design or lettering above it...
