Paul, a couple of questions first...
1. Is your design straight across the bottom--by that I mean, are there
any letters or other part of the design hanging down like the tail on a "g"?
If so, are you lining up your fabric so when you trace the design it traces
the lazer light straight across your line or imaginary line? If so, the
lazer light will angle down to the lowest point of the design---not go down
to the lowest point and then straight across like some embroidery machines
do. We had this happen to us on one of our first dress shirts we did and
couldn't figure out why it was crooked---we had drawn a line and then had
the lazer light following that line exactly. We learned!!! Just a
thought...
