I mainly use Robison-Anton thread and am very happy with it. Over the last
year or so we have been ordering lots of Madeira cause it seems to have some
better colors and the Madeira runs great but you have to deal with the taller
cones. One of my contract customers sends Issacord to me for their jobs and I
have never had a problem with it and most of it is 2+ years old. I also use
some arc thread cause they have a few colors I really like. I would definetly
check out Issacord, R/A and Madeira.

Subject: [amayausers] Brand of Thread
Good morning, everyone. I've got a 'newbie to the Amayas' question:
We've been using Kingstar polyester thread for years with our Barudan machine
with great results - but it apparently cannot handle the higher speeds of our
new Amayas. So we are in the market for a new thread brand. We've ordered the
'sample' pack of the ARC threads, but they do not match up well (color wise)
with our Kingstar threads and need to supplement them. Anyone out there using
thread other than ARC with good results?
