Some things immediately come to mind. Have you cleaned under the tension leaf
on the bobbin case? How is the bobbin tension? Also, how long is the walk
stitch? In OS, under Settings, Thread Feed, you can adjust the Run/fill speed.
This will allow more top thread for each stitch that is sewn, without changing
the stitch length. This should help in keeping the bobbin thread under the
garment instead of coming to the top..
