[amayausers] Bobbin breaks problem

What would be causing my Amaya to show "Bobbin thread breaks" while sewing 
flats??  It has been happening alot today and makes no difference what I am 
sewing.  It has done it on almost every design today.  Some have been digitized 
and sewn all before several times without this problem.
   
  I have changed bobbon cases, bobbins, adjusted bobbon tensions.  I can't 
think of anything else I can do.  Does anyone have any suggestions???
