I love Sanmar and hate it when I have to use another supplier on the rare 
occasions that Sanmar doesn't have what I need.

Actually, the $3.95 fee is for small orders - anything under $50, I believe. 
You can call your rep and ask for the fee to be removed.

If ordering over the phone & paying by credit card, there is a 3% fee added 
to the cost of each item.  That adds up if ordering a large quantity. 
There's no credit card fee for online orders.
