[amayausers] Backing question

Lately I am doing a lot of golf shirts that 100% Polyester and also UnderArmour 
golf shirts.
What is the best backing combonation for these shirts?
I don't like to use heavy backing on white shirts, but the results seem to be 
the best using 3.0 heavy cut away.
If anyone has found anything that works better, I would appreciate any and all 
input.
