As a list member, I completely understand and appreciate your response as you are obviously an employee of Wasatch. (There are always two sides to a story, with the truth somewhere in between as my Mom used to say). As such, however, you have far more credibility when you SIGN your post. Kind of lazy and sloppy on your part as well. I'm just saying...........

Despite knowing that our UPS truck leaves exactly at 4:00PM, you didn't bother to get back to us until 4 minutes yo 4:00PM!!! It took you more that two hours to provide us with your Credit Card info. Sorry, but if you don't pay, we don't ship. Please let your friends know that if they want to work with Wasatch, they have to be serious about their business.
