Guys, there's no way THAT was a representative from Wasssupp T's.  It couldn't 
be.  I can't imagine a company would talk to a customer that way.  Whatever 
happened to... "The customer's always right"?
If it was, in fact, a true Watchout T's manager who replied, then,....
You were doing okay until the "Lazy and Sloppy" comment.  That's where the 
unecessary bomb was dropped.
