FYI.....I just got off the phone with Wasatch T's os Atlanta.
Placed my order on Monday 8-11, 2 hours before cut off....requested 2 day 
shipping.
Got my UPS tracking today. Package DID NOT ship until yesterday.
Guess what Wasatch said? TOO BAD! Would not refund the extra shipping charges, 
offered no reason for dropping the ball. This tells me that this company does 
not feel that their major concern should be taking care of the customer.
I have never dealt with a situation like this in the past! If a company makes a 
mistake they should feel obligated to make it right.
Wasatch DOES NOT. 
Thank you for listening to my vent.....I am livid!
I shall take a few deep breaths and move on.

Again, I thank you for allowing me to vent. I say BOYCOTT WASATCH!!!  ;)
