Hello everyone,
More hooping challenges....
I've been trying to hoop a Port Authority Outback Hat made of canvas
with a pretty thick brim.
Is a 12mm hoop the way to do it? Its like wrestling an alligator. The
brim bearly bends into the hoop and the seams of the hat are pretty
knarly on the bottom.
