I have a client who has an approx. 10x10 design they want on the back of a 
jacket.  At first I searched for someone to make a patch of it I could sew on, 
but I only need 10 and most companies have a minimum order of 100.  So now I'm 
thinking about applique, but I've never done an applique piece before.  Can 
anyone advise on how to go about doing applique (including referrals on who to 
send material out to, to be cut)?
