Fred Lebow formerly the embroidery stabilizer guru for JSI for 28 years
has parted ways w QST - (they owned JSI for the past 2 years)
He has been named Vice President of Embroidery with HTC Inc.
Fred will continue to develop unique and high quality backings for the
