My second Amaya was ordered on 30 Dec 04.  The Add-on Amaya price was
11,495.00, tax was 848.33 with shipping to No. Calif. Being $400.00.
Included in the cost of the Amaya were:   Amaya cart, power cord, Wide
angle
Driver, 2 WACF, 1 Upgrade Amaya OS SE 2004 to Amaya OS Flex Plus 2004,
tubular hoops 2 ea:  12 cm round, 15 cm round, 30X44 cm rect. Wood,
43X43 cm square double height wood and 1 25' Ethernet Cable.
