I should have stated this in my earlier post
when we bought we did purchase 4 machines
no design shop at that time. and like I said it
was around 2 to 3 years ago and that had just extended their warranty
period to a full 2 years parts and labor for the machines. that was one
of the selling points for us. but remember at that time they weren't
using OS flex I had to purchase another dongle for each cluster I wanted
to run. So it's hard to compare since things are really quite different
these days.

I see it as raised prices can be justified with the price of everything
going up each year but maybe also because many bugs are worked out from
the first machines and they really are worth the extra money you may be
paying to get a superior quality machine that will produce more on a
daily basis than the other machines on the market, and that is what
bears the price.

Kind of like comparing you pricing on embroidery with others from around
the country, way to many variables to be accurate, and I think it's like
buying a car, it depends on your salesperson and what kind of deal they
can negotiate with you. I don't know if they are commissioned? but I
would imagine they are.

Good luck
